The grants inthe School of Stomatology of ShandonUniversity includes various scholarship and financial aids, which are intended for undergraduates and postgraduates.
I. UniversityScholarships
i. PresidentScholarship
It is the highest honor conferred by ShandongUniversity.
ii. NationalScholarship
In order to encourage students to study hard, make progress, and get all-round development, the central government provides national scholarships for outstanding students.
iii. Scholarship forOutstandingUndergraduateStudents
According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation, this scholarship is divided into first-class, second-class and third-class scholarship.
iv. AcademicScholarship forPostgraduates
This scholarship is awarded according tostudents’ comprehensive academic achievements, scientific research achievements and social services of postgraduates. It is divided into first-class, second-class and third-class scholarship. New postgraduates are entitled to Academic scholarship for graduate freshman alone.

Ⅱ. CollegeScholarships
At present,theSchool of Stomatology offers two scholarships, namely "high-end academic scholarship of theSchool ofStomatology" and "TOEFL and IELTS scholarship of theSchool ofStomatology", which respectively rewards students with excellent academic performance in scientific research and English learning.
Ⅲ. TheSystem ofStudyAssistance
i. FinancialAid forUndergraduateStudents
(i) Tuition grants: including green channel, state loan for college student, locally-granted student loan, tuition remission, tuition compensation and loan compensation.
(ii) Living grants: including state grant, financial aid of ShandongUniversity andSocialGrant.
These three assistances, all of which are used to subsidize full-time undergraduates, are respectively funded by the central government, ShandongUniversity and all sectors of society.
(iii) Emergency assistance: including interest-free loans andSerious illnessMedicaid.
(iv) Ability grants: including work-study program and wing augmentation program.
ii. Financial aid for postgraduates
(i) Grants for postgraduates
Within the prescribed length of schooling, this aid provides 800Yuan for master's degree students and 2,800Yuan for doctor's degree students. The grants will be granted annually for 10 months.
(ii) State educational loan: includinggreen channel, state loan for college students, locally-granted student loan.
(iii) Hardship aid: used to subsidize family with financial difficulties and emergencies.
